Pines Furnishings & Amenities:


Pines includes the following: Living room with futon, chairs, satellite TV with over 45 basic and local channels and writing desk. The cottage has 3 walkthrough bedrooms, 2 with a queen and the 3rd has a twin. The cottage has a bathroom with a shower, covered front porch, charcoal BBQ grill, hot tub in a gazebo and is 30 feet off the river. The full kitchen includes a 4 burner gas range, full refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and basic kitchen supplies. Bedding and towels are also included.

The hot tub is an actual 300 gallon hot tub. The water is set at 102 degrees and is great to use year round. The most popular time of the year to use our hot tubs is during the winter months. There is nothing like sitting in a 102 degree hot tub under a Colorado Mountain star filled sky! Words can not do it justice so you'll have to try it for yourself.
